The Standard Rate for this property is for 12 people.
The rate is inclusive of all towels, bedding and linen hire, basic pantry items and end of stay cleaning,
Minimum booking is 2 Nights
Public and School holidays - Minimum Booking is 3 Nights
Extra Guests:
At the discretion of Management and 3 additional guests may stay at the property
A maximum of 15 guests is permitted at the property at any one time.
- $35 - Per each additional guest - per night
- $45 - Additional linen hire -per guest - per stay (mandatory)
Security Bond
A refundable bond of $1,500 applies to all bookings.
The bond is returned within 7 days of your departure.

- All cancellations – incur the Loss of the Deposit
- All cancellation made within 28 days of the Arrival Date incur a loss of 100% of the Total Booking Price
- All cancellations made 60 or more days before your Arrival Date incur a 50% Cancellation Fee.
- A Change of Date Fee of $175 applies to Date Changes (made 61 days or more before your Arrival Date and can only be made for; bookings dates within 6 months, and at the same price as your original booking or higher, and subject to availability.)
